Saint-Maur de Tourne is a cheese that originates from the historical region of Tourne,

Today part of the Centre-Loire Valley administrative region in central France.

Its name originates from the homonymous village of Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine.

Cheese usually contains about 45% fat,

Cheese produced in the Kidam Tzvi settlement in the Golan Heights.

The milk comes straight from the dairy to the Magabena and is handmade by Eyal, the owner of the Magabena.
