Circassian cheese is a semi-hard cheese with a texture reminiscent of Safed cheese. The milk flavor is clearly noticeable in the cheese, and when it is fresh – it is refreshing, light and delightful, a bit like ricotta. Making Circassian cheese is similar to making ricotta – cooking milk with vinegar or lemon, which solidifies the curd.

Cheese produced in the Kidam Tzvi settlement in the Golan Heights.

The milk comes straight from the dairy to the Magabena and is handmade by Eyal, the owner of the Magabena.

No preservatives, kosher

Approximately 200 grams (since everything is handmade the size of the cheese may vary)

Because the cheese requires refrigeration, delivery is to a pickup point closest to your home (we will call to update).
