It all begins where the mountains touch the sky, in front of an endless view, streams flow from all sides and the air is clear and transparent. There, in the northern Golan Heights, in Moshav Odem, delicious, joyful and precise wines are produced for each and every one of you.
This wine is a blend of 60% Gamay Noir and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon that come from the winery's vineyards in the Beka Valley and are grown at a high altitude of 1060 meters above sea level.
In order to prepare this wine, winemaker Adam Alfasi and the winery team carried out development and research work.
This blend benefits from the complementary qualities of the two varieties and combines the strength and structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety with the fresh fruitiness of the Gamay Noir variety in a way that gives the drinker a special and unusual experience.
The wine has a semi-opaque red color, with Mediterranean spices of moss and sage on the nose. On the palate, green pepper, berries, red plum, and balanced astringency are noticeable.
