A kilo of honey
 Alin Apiary is a family farm established by David Alin in 1974.
 The farm is located in the southern Golan Heights in Moshav Givat Yoav. The bees collect nectar from wildflowers throughout the Golan Heights – in spring, clover, and mustard bloom, and in summer, the salmon, cornel, wild carrot, and similar trees (sage) bloom. Today, the farm has about 700 hives spread across the southern Golan Heights and on the eastern side of the Sea of Galilee at the foot of the Golan Heights. The honey created from the variety of flowers in our area is unique in its taste and aroma. All operations from honey extraction to packaging take place in the family farm building. The Alin Apiary has approval from the Ministry of Health and is also kosher by the Katzrin Religious Council.
