 Domaine Srour's Claude red wine is more than just a bottle of wine: it is an exciting combination of three classic varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah – grown on the unique basalt soil of the Golan Heights, in the cool climate, and receiving meticulous care that gives them a deep and balanced character. It is a perfect combination of the Golan terroir and the French style.

 The story behind the winery
 Domaine Srour Winery is a unique boutique winery founded by 4 friends who immigrated from France, with the goal of bringing the art of French wine to the heart of the Golan. The wine "Claude" is a tribute to tradition, precision, and the connection between land and man, and between man and his dreams. The winery's work is based on broad and international knowledge and experience, but remains close to the Golan soil.

 Serving recommendations
 Claude wine is suitable for both everyday drinking and festive occasions. It will go well with rich dishes such as grilled meats (steak, lamb), hard and aged cheeses, casseroles and strong sauces, and pastas with red sauce or mushroom sauce.
 Recommended serving temperature: 16–18 degrees.

 House recommendation
 Order it with a box of Mount Hermon pralines from De Karina or with chocolate-covered hazelnuts.
