 Sror Winery was founded in the Golan Heights by four friends whose dream was to establish a sustainable winery that would express their loves and values. The winery’s vineyards were planted near the settlement of Avnei Eitan and the esteemed winemaker Itay Lahat was entrusted with the task. The Cabernet in this blend gives it body and structure, the Merlot adds crispness and the Syrah finishes with light seasoning. Together they create an elegant, understated wine with classic French characteristics. The wine is suitable for a wide variety of dishes – from light meals to fatty meats (even goose breast) that will balance the acidity of the wine.
