 Golani Distillery's Honey Whiskey is a Golani combination of deep flavor and warm soul. It's not just another whiskey. It's a local whiskey, with roots in the Golan Heights, made with love, by a professional hand, and with a deep connection to the land.

 It is based on a blend of two grains – wheat and barley – that are distilled in copper stills, a traditional process that gives it a smooth and rich body. The whiskey is aged in wooden barrels (some of which were formerly wine barrels from the Golan wineries), which give it aromas of toasted wood, caramel, dried fruits and a touch of vanilla. Into all this is added honey – natural and organic honey – which balances the strength with a sweet gentleness, with a round finish that warms the heart.

 Behind every sip stands the first distillery in the Golan Heights – Golani Distillery – founded by David Tzibel, an immigrant from Canada. David brings with him experience, passion and the courage to dream. With investment, passion and a lot of faith, he produces a blue-and-white whiskey that is made entirely here, in the Golan Heights, from the spring water, through honey and to the barrels that have absorbed the Golani aromas.
