A whiskey liqueur with natural maple, based on Golani Distillery's Two Grain Whiskey with a touch of natural maple syrup, made from the resin of the maple tree, which gives it a refined sweetness with deep maple flavors, but still retains the flavors of the whiskey. Great for dessert or as a starter to whiskey.

 The distillery was founded in 2014 by David Tzibel, an immigrant from Canada, who settled in Katzrin and decided to turn his hobby, making whiskey, into a profession.
 The first whiskey was distilled in September 2014 and is aged in barrels previously used in Golan Heights wineries.
