 When you open a bottle of Tel Shifon Red – you immediately feel that this is a wine that has been put into it with a lot of love. This wine is a blend of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Tel Shifon Red is not a pretentious wine, and at the same time it does not compromise on taste or quality.

 Tel Shifon Winery is a relatively young winery, established in 2009 on Kibbutz Ortal, with vineyards planted at an altitude of about 915 meters on volcanic soil. Even after years of experience and after the winery passed into new hands, it continues in exactly the same way: manual work, in the vineyard adjacent to the winery, with a personal touch and attention to every detail.
 Tel Shifon Winery has already received recognition in important competitions, and praise for the quality of production and the Golan terroir .
