It all begins where the mountains touch the sky, in front of an endless view, streams flow from all sides and the air is clear and transparent. There, in the northern Golan Heights, in Moshav Odem, delicious, joyful and precise wines are produced for each and every one of you.
The vineyards of Har Odem Winery are planted in the northern Golan Heights in the Beka Valley at an altitude of 1060 meters above sea level - this is the northernmost and highest wine region in Israel, characterized by rich basaltic soil. In winter, the area is snowy and enjoys a significant amount of precipitation throughout the rainy season, and the summer days are sunny and pleasant.
A summery red wine born from the desire to make the world of wine accessible to as many people and on as many occasions as possible. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo and Syrah grown in the northern Golan Heights.
This is a wine that speaks at the level of the poor, is easy to connect with, and the only effort you will have to put into it is when you uncork it.
