 Bahat Winery is a family boutique winery located in Kibbutz Ein Zivan in the northern Golan Heights.
 Ofer Bahat, an expert in fruit preservation and refrigeration, has dreamed for decades of producing his own wine. He embarked on his first winemaking adventure using the simplest means possible, in a warehouse near his home, with barrels, buckets, and equipment borrowed from friends. The grapes he used were sourced from the finest grapes – grapes from the northern Golan Heights, grown at an altitude of 1,000 meters, and known for their quality and flavor throughout the world. After extensive experimentation and learning from the best in the field, Ofer decided to open the winery and visitor center to the general public and share his great love of wine with the public.
