Oliko Barnea olive oil is an olive oil for connoisseurs.
The initial aroma that emerges is a fruity scent of peaches and apricots, and its full flavor is reminiscent of nut butter.
Oliko Barnea's suffix is long.The Barnea variety was developed by the late Prof. Shimon Lavie and his team, from ancient olive cuttings found in Kadesh Barnea - near the border with Egypt.
The variety is very resistant to extreme dry and saline conditions.
The olive is elongated, shaped like a small etrog, and is used mainly for the production of olive oil: its oil content is about 18-20%.Unique aroma and taste

Oliko Barnea is produced exclusively by cold pressing, from olives that were hand-harvested in the Sror Club Vineyards in the Golan Heights.
The oil comes in a light-tight container, designed for olive oil and specially developed to protect the oil's unique flavors and aromas from oxidation.It is recommended to store the oil at a temperature of 15-19 degrees.
It is advisable to consume within four months at most of opening.
The oil contains 880 kcal.
