 Nob Winery's Petit Verdot is no longer a generic wine – but a local and precise expression of a special variety that is not often seen as a varietal wine.  This wine is made from 100% Petit Verdot grapes, grown using fully organic methods , without chemical sprays or unnecessary intervention. The vineyards are tended with love and patience, with the belief that agriculture should work with nature – not against it.

At first sip, you can recognize black fruits – such as blueberries and plums, followed by touches of spices, coffee, Mediterranean herbs and even dark chocolate.  For many years, Yankela has been cultivating his vineyard for the Golan Heights Wineries. In 2011, Eitan Rosenthal, a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture and a graduate of Nir Shaham's wine courses at Sorek Winery, joined forces with him. Together, they decided to produce wine from Yankela's organic vineyard. The winery's wines are produced from clusters that are harvested in a selective and meticulous hand harvest.
